This policy explains what information Hesperia Big Box collects on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Hesperia Big Box is a DBA of My Container Dispatch LLC.
1. Information you give us
When you fill out a form, ask for a quote or chat with us, we may collect:

- Your delivery address or ZIP code
- What you are interested in, and anything you write in a message
- Whether you ticked the box to get texts and emails about deals

Like most websites, our site and the services we use may collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, the pages you visit and how you got to our site. If you accept cookies, we use analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. If you decline, we do not set them.

- Google, to work out driving miles for a delivery estimate from the address you type in

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our business, customers or staff.
5. Texts and emails
We only send marketing texts and emails to people who ticked the box to get them. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and stop emails with the unsubscribe link in any email. See our SMS terms. Mobile numbers and opt-in information are never shared with other companies for their own marketing.
6. Chat
The chat on our website is answered by an automated assistant first. It tells you that it is automated and hands you to a person on our team when it can't help. Chats are saved so our team can follow up.
7. Cookies and Do Not Track
You can accept or decline analytics cookies when you first visit, and change your browser settings to block cookies at any time. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to decline analytics cookies. Our site does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
8. Keeping your information
We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you, keep business records and follow the law. We use reasonable care to protect it, but no website or service can be completely secure.
