SMS terms
These terms cover text messages from Hesperia Big Box, a DBA of My Container Dispatch LLC.
1. What you'll get
- Replies to you: if you ask for a quote or contact us, we may text you about your request, your order, pickup or delivery.
- Deals and news: only if you ticked the box "Yes, send me texts and emails about deals". These are marketing texts about containers, specials and customizations.
2. Opting in is your choice
The box to get deals is never ticked for you. You don't have to agree to marketing texts to get a quote or buy from us.
3. How often
Message frequency varies. Deals and news are usually a few texts a month at most.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
5. How to stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any text to stop getting texts. We'll send one text to confirm, and then no more.
- Reply HELP for help, or call us at (760) 292-3477.
- To start again later, reply START.
6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Your privacy
We never sell or share your mobile number or opt-in information with other companies for their own marketing. See our Privacy policy.
